                                    New Ukrainian police department of cyber crime investigation need to hire staff. Cyber police authorities need the professionals in this area to help with interview. CodeIn professionals were invited for new cyber policeman interviewing to choose the best one who will be hired to the service.
Core results of our cooperation:
- created special test that dedicated for future interviews. It will help to round the needed set of competencies for the standard department employee
 - more than 200 candidates were interviewed, that allowed to fill up all places in the department
 
Task
                        
                                Police department of cyber crime investigation needs to get new staff, motivated and
                                professional that will become a core of future team. As well needed some scheme of
                                interviewing and testing of candidates in order to make this process standard for
                                future.
                            
                        Solution
                            
                                General solution - to create a list of technical competencies and demands that
                                successful candidate must match. Also must be created as universal procedure for
                                candidates testing. As far as police department doesn't has such specialists - to invite
                                professional from some commercial IT company as outsource consultants in order to
                                perform this job.
                            
                            Result
                        
                            Codein specialists were invited and agreed to be involved as volunteers. They have created
                            general list of competencies that relevant for the future police officer and according to
                            this list was created questionnaire. This approach allows them to perform over 200
                            interviews and hire needed amount of employees to the staff. And this method was integrated
                            to standard hiring procedure for the future.
